The immune system is very important to the human body and we should take care of it, the immune System protects us from infection with layered defenses, our immune system protects us from everyday pathogens such as bacteria and viruses from entering our body, To boost your immune system you need to eat a good amount of pork, oysters, and beef, beef is a red meat and has the zinc that the body needs, if you are not a meet lover than you can get your zinc from fortified cereals, yogurt and milk. A daily intake of orange vegetables such as sweet potatoes, squash, pumpkin and carrots is very good for the immune system, and also mushrooms is good for the immune system. There are many different kind of vitamins that we can take if we do not eat the recommend foods to boots our immune systems. Multi vitamins are a great source for us to take to give us that boost we need and to maintain a healthy immune system.The immune system is very inportant to the body and it is very easy to maintain.
